AES has designed and built a new Hydraulic Power Unit that is very unique. It can deliver 10k and 5gpm of either water glycol or traditional mineral based oils. This unit was built to ll a demand for both hyperbaric chamber testing of ROV tooling as well as providing constant volume ow for high pressure water glycol applications.

AES offers ROV-operable ball valve interfaces to complement the wide array of subsea ball, needle and directional control valves currently on the market.

AES designs and manufactures a Mag Drill that allows an ROV to attach a drill to any metallic subsea surface to cut holes of varying diameters.

Our bearingless torque receptacles can be panel-mounted for reliable docking, valve rotation, and interface with a torque tool or other subsea equipment to prevent costly damage to installation valves.

AES has years of proven expertise in the design and manufacturing of customized subsea ROV intervention panels to meet our customers’ varied subsea needs.

AES manufactures a variety of Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) for surface testing of ROV tooling prior to deployment at depth. HPUs are used for various types of deck testing, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and System Integration Tests (SATs).

AES designs and manufactures a suction cup sticky foot that can be built to custom sizes or suction levels to assist in station-keeping and lifting smooth-surface objects.

AES manufactures an ROV-friendly suction pile interface stab to create a secure mooring and anchor for a multitude of subsea applications.

AES is pleased to offer a Zero Leak Hot Stab. In an effort to show environmental responsibility several major operators have requested the Zero Leak Hot Stab which allows them to comply with their “no spill” policies when using ROV’s.
