AES manufactures a variety of Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) for surface testing of ROV tooling prior to deployment at depth. HPUs are used for various types of deck testing, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and System Integration Tests (SATs).

Seanic’s 30,000 PSI Water Glycol HPU, which operates at .75 GPM, can be adapted to operate using city water or reservoir fluid. Water glycol is an environmentally friendly and fire-resistant alternative to oil.

Seanic also manufactures HPUs at flow rates of both 10 and 30 gallons per minute (GPM) that feature a 20 gallon and 150 gallon steel reservoir (respectively), and both operate using oil at 3,000 PSI to suit varying project needs.
